卫生部、财政部、国家发展改革委员会、人事部、民政部、劳动和社会保障部、国家中医药管理局等部门近日制订并印发了一系列配套文件,进一步明确推进城市社区卫生服务的具体政策措施。政策措施主要包括:一是完善社区卫生服务机构管理规则。明确了社区卫生服务机构承担的各项公共卫生、基本医疗服务职责及服务模式,提出加强社区中医药服务的要求,鼓励公立医院支援社区卫生服务;明确了社区卫生服务中心和社区卫生服务站的基本标准,社区卫生服务中心建筑面积不低于1000平方米,社区卫生服务站不低于150平方米。二是完善社区卫生服务财政补助政策。加大政府投入力度,明确政府财政要对社区卫生服务机构基本建设、房屋修缮、基本设备配置、人员培训、公
