本实验研究表明,花粉能显著提高小鼠外周血象中红细胞数和血红蛋白量;可促进糖代谢、三羧酸循环和蛋白质的合成代谢。在肝、睾丸的形态变化上,花粉组表现为肝细胞空泡减少,睾丸曲精细管、生精细胞正常;而对照组出现肝细胞空泡增加,睾丸曲精细管变薄,各期生精细胞减少。小鼠死亡率花粉组为10%,比对照组22%显著减少。上述结果提示,花粉通过影响机体代谢,致强壮和延缓衰老作用。
This experimental study shows that pollen can significantly increase the number of red blood cells and hemoglobin in peripheral blood of mice; it can promote the metabolism of sugar, the citric acid cycle, and the synthesis and metabolism of proteins. In the morphological changes of the liver and testes, the pollen group showed a decrease in hepatocyte vacuolization, a fine testis curvilinear tube, and normal spermatogenic cells; while in the control group, there was an increase in hepatocyte vacuolization, a thinning of the testicular fine tube, and spermatogenic cells at each stage. cut back.
