我校近代物理系等离子体物理教研室从1980年夏开始筹建表面磁约束稳态装置,于今年六日建成。现在,该装置运行正常、性能稳定,已测出等离子体的基本参数与外加条件的依赖关系,并已安排八○级学生在该装置上做等离子体诊断实验。该装置容积为50升,本底真空度可达2×10~(-6)乇,充氩气压强可在10~(-3)~10~(-5)乇范围内进行控制,等离子体电子密度在10~8~10~(12)[厘米]~(-3),电子温度在0.5~8电子伏特范
Department of Physics, Department of Modern Physics, Department of Plasma Physics from the summer of 1980 began to build surface magnetic confinement steady-state device, completed on the 6th of this year. Now that the unit is operating normally and has stable performance, the fundamental parameters of the plasma have been measured in dependence of the applied conditions and a set of 80 students have been scheduled to do plasma diagnostic experiments on the unit. The device has a volume of 50 liters and a background vacuum of 2 × 10 -6 Torr. The pressure of argon gas can be controlled within the range of 10 -3 to 10 -5 Torr.
