目的 研究金属硫蛋白 (MT)在人脑各级胶质瘤中表达的生物学意义 .方法 利用免疫组织化学方法检测 48例胶质瘤手术标本中金属硫蛋白及增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)的表达水平 ,比较不同级别胶质瘤中 MT的表达与胶质瘤级别的关系及其与 PCNA相关性 .结果 随着胶质瘤级别的增高 ,MT和 PCNA的表达率逐渐升高 . MT在脑胶质瘤中的表达率分别为 级 38.0 % , 级 46 .7% , 级 6 6 .7% , 级75 .0 % .低恶性度组 ( ~ )与高恶性度组 ( ~ )胶质瘤中 MT的表达有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) .胶质瘤中 MT L I与PCNA L I呈正相关性 (r=0 .82 3) .结论 MT在胶质瘤中的不同表达对判断胶质瘤的病理分级及显示胶质瘤恶性演进具有一定的意义
Objective To study the biological significance of metallothionein (MT) expression in human gliomas at various levels.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of metallothionein and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 48 glioma specimens Level of glioma in different grades of glioma and glioma tissue expression levels and its relationship with PCNA.Results With the glioma grade increased, the expression of MT and PCNA gradually increased.MT in brain glue The expression rates of tumor in neoplasms were 38.0%, 46.7%, 66.7%, 75. 0% respectively.
