近年来,为缓解日益严峻的就业压力,国家出台了一整套政策和措施,“选聘高校毕业生到村(社区)任职”计划作为其中的一部分,已成为高校毕业生就业热捧的话题之一。不少高校毕业生通过参加这个计划,走进了农村,在新农村的建设中做出了积极的贡献,但同时也存在一些问题。本文分析了当前形势下大学生村官存在的问题,并提出了若干对策建议。
