作者报告肾上腺皮质腺癌２０例，其中无功能肿瘤１２例，患者平均年龄４９．７岁；功能性肿瘤８例，平均年龄８．８岁。功能性肿瘤中皮质醇症５例，性征异常症３例。本组病例存活１年以上者８例（４０％），２年以上７例（３５％），５年以上２例（１０％）。本组功能性肿瘤患者多为小儿，因就诊较晚故预后较差；而无功能肿瘤则因发现较晚故预后亦较差。近年来有些病例系体检时影像学检查偶然发现，因肿瘤较小，故预后较好。 The authors reported 20 adrenocortical adenocarcinomas, of which 12 were nonfunctional tumors and the average age was 49.7 years; 8 were functional tumors, with an average age of 8.8 years. There were 5 cases of cortisol in functional tumors and 3 cases of abnormal sexual symptoms. This group of patients survived more than 1 year in 8 cases (40%), more than 2 years in 7 cases (35%), more than 5 years in 2 cases (10%). The patients with functional tumors in this group were mostly children, and the prognosis was poor due to late treatment; however, non-functional tumors were also found to have a poor prognosis due to late detection. In recent years, some cases have been accidentally discovered by imaging examinations during physical examination. Because the tumors are small, the prognosis is good.
