蒽环类(Anthracyclines)抗菌素抑制兔心线粒体的功能、影响大鼠心肌细胞培养、新生小鼠心肌体外培养、豚鼠心房标本以及豚鼠、大鼠、兔、狗等体外培养全心标本的自发节律性跳动。在分离的线粒体标本中加有辅酶Q_(10),在心脏体外标本灌流液中加强心甙(哇巴因)或三磷酸腺甙可对抗此抑制作用。若干作者认为蒽环类的抗菌素,阿霉素(Adriamycin),亦可改变心肌肌力作用。它对于豚鼠离体心房的负性肌力作用还被培养液中Ca~(++)浓度降低所加强;而它对于离体豚鼠全心标本的正性肌力作用,则受加入的β-肾上
Anthracyclines antibiotics can inhibit the mitochondrial function of rabbit heart and influence the spontaneous rhythmicity of rat cardiac myocyte culture, cardiomyocyte culture in neonatal mouse, atrial tissue of guinea pig and guinea pig, rat, rabbit and dog beat. Coenzyme Q_ (10) was added to isolated mitochondrial samples, and cardiac glycoside (ouabain) or adenosine triphosphate (ATP) could be counteracted by this in vitro cardioplegia. Several authors believe that the anthracycline antibiotic, Adriamycin, can also alter cardiac muscle strength. Negative inotropic effect on the guinea pig atrial in vitro was also enhanced by the decrease of Ca ~ (++) concentration in the culture solution. However, its negative inotropic effect on isolated guinea pig hearts was inhibited by the addition of β- Kidney
