高速公路做为一类线性生态类建设项目,其建设和运营对周围环境的影响是深远的。本文评价了丹东至锡林浩特高速公路朝阳至黑水(辽蒙界)段(以下简称“朝黑高速公路”)建设对沿线鸟类资源的影响,并提出环境保护措施。由于缺乏观测数据,本文评价以定性说明为主,若想深入了解这种影响的程度,需在工程施工及运营阶段加强观测,积累数据。
As a kind of linear ecological construction project, the impact of the construction and operation on the surrounding environment is far-reaching. This paper evaluates the impact of the construction of Chaoyang-Heishui-Liaoning (Blackwater) section of Dandong-Xilinhot Expressway (hereinafter referred to as “North-South Expressway”) on the bird resources along the line and proposes environmental protection measures. Due to the lack of observational data, the evaluation of this paper is based on qualitative description. If we want to understand the extent of such impacts, we need to strengthen observation and accumulate data during construction and operation phases.
