目的探讨秦皮滴眼液联合环孢素对干眼症的临床治疗效果。方法选取本院眼科收治的干眼病患者66例(132只眼),随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采用予环孢素滴眼液治疗,观察组采用秦皮滴眼液联合环孢素治疗。对比两组治疗前后希尔默Schirmer I法检测副泪腺分泌功能、BUT检测泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色FLS试验结果的差异和治疗后两组总有效率。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,等级资料比较采用秩和检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗后观察组Schirmer I浸湿长度、BUT时间[(10.34±2.16)mm、(6.74±2.35)s]比对照组[(7.84±1.25)mm、(4.56±1.85)s]明显延长,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后FLS染色比对照组[(3.69±0.57)、(2.15±0.26)分]明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为87.88%,对照组为48.48%,两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论秦皮滴眼液联合环孢素治疗干眼症,Schirmer I、BUT和FLS明显改善,明显缓解眼部症状,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Qin Pi combined with cyclosporine on dry eye. Methods Sixty-six cases (132 eyes) of dry eye patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 33 cases each. The control group was treated with cyclosporine eye drops. The observation group was treated with Qin Pi Eye Drops combined with cyclosporine. Before and after treatment Schirmer Schirmer I method to detect the secretion function of the subsidiary lacrimal gland, BUT tear film break time, corneal FLS staining results and the difference between the two groups after treatment total efficiency. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, grade data using rank sum test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results After treatment, the wetting length and BUT time of Schirmer I in the observation group [(10.34 ± 2.16) mm, (6.74 ± 2.35) s] were significantly longer than those in the control group [(7.84 ± 1.25) mm, (4.56 ± 1.85) s] All were statistically significant (P <0.05). The FLS staining in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group [(3.69 ± 0.57), (2.15 ± 0.26) points] (P <0.05). The total effective rate was 87.88% in the observation group and 48.48% in the control group. The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Qinpi eye drops combined with cyclosporine treatment of dry eye, Schirmer I, BUT and FLS significantly improved, significantly relieve eye symptoms, the effect was significant.
