为确定黑龙江省某狐狸养殖场患病狐狸的病原菌,从发病狐狸的子宫内脓液中分离到1株细菌,并命名为bz001001。根据其形态特征、培养特性、生化试验及16S rRNA分子鉴定结果,确定该菌为霍氏肠杆菌。之后对该分离菌进行了动物致病性试验、药敏试验和系统发育分析,结果显示,该菌可引起试验组小白鼠20%死亡,具有一定的致病性;该分离株对16种常用抗菌药物大部分表现耐药,少数药物敏感,具有较高的耐药性;该分离菌与来源于婴幼儿配方奶粉、人源、螃蟹源及实蝇源分离株的霍氏肠杆菌的遗传距离最近,同源性高达98%。本试验是首次从狐狸中分离到霍氏肠杆菌,此结果提示霍氏肠杆菌具有比以往认为的更广泛的宿主范围。
To determine the pathogen of a fox in a fox farm in Heilongjiang Province, one strain of bacteria was isolated from the intrauterine pus of the infected fox and named bz001001. According to its morphological characteristics, culture characteristics, biochemical tests and 16S rRNA molecular identification results, identified as Enterobacter cloacae. Afterwards, the pathogenicity test, the drug susceptibility test and the phylogenetic analysis of the isolated bacteria were carried out. The results showed that the fungus could cause 20% death of mice in the experimental group with certain pathogenicity. Most of the antibacterials showed drug resistance, few were drug-sensitive, and had high resistance. The genetic distance between this isolate and Enterobacter foehne was from infant formula, human, crab and fruit fly Recently, homology was as high as 98%. This experiment was the first to isolate Enterobacter cloacae from foxes and the results suggest that Enterobacter cloacae has a broader host range than previously thought.
