通过利用探索性因子分析、信度检验以及相关分析,初步验证了创业型领导力对创业绩效的影响以及组织文化的调节作用,并通过回归分析验证了创业型领导力的四个维度,即缓冲不确定性、厘清路径、建立承诺和简明约束分别正向影响创业绩效中的财务绩效和成长绩效。因此,延边民营企业的创业型领导者必须要有清晰的创业思路和具有针对性的创业举措,寻求提高企业财务绩效和成长绩效的路径。延边民营企业要生存,必须建立一套有效的激励机制,广泛调动员工的积极性和创造性,同时必须重视和加强企业的组织文化建设,形成全体员工共同认可的价值观,强化民营企业的组织凝聚力。
By using exploratory factor analysis, reliability test and correlation analysis, we initially verify the influence of entrepreneurial leadership on entrepreneurial performance and the regulatory role of organizational culture, and verify the four dimensions of entrepreneurial leadership through regression analysis, namely, buffer Uncertainty, clarification of paths, establishment of commitments and concise constraints positively influence the financial performance and growth performance of entrepreneurial performance respectively. Therefore, the entrepreneurial leaders of Yanbian private enterprises must have a clear idea of starting a business and targeted entrepreneurial initiatives to find ways to improve their financial performance and growth performance. In order to survive, Yanbian private enterprises must set up an effective incentive mechanism to arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of employees extensively. At the same time, they must attach importance to and strengthen the organizational culture of the enterprises, form the common values recognized by all employees, and strengthen the cohesion of the private enterprises.
