建筑结构中,板(如楼板、涵洞、沟道的底板、顶板和大型基础板等)的设计多为双层钢筋网。在施工中,特别是在浇筑混凝土的过程中,板的上层钢筋极易受承重、踩踏的影响,造成上层钢筋变形、移位,严重影响工程质量。因此,支撑板中上层钢筋所采用的方案是个关键。经实践,采用钢筋焊片来支撑板中的上层钢筋是较为理想的方案,比起采用弯制、焊制钢筋马凳支撑具有节约材料、施工方便、钢筋绑扎后整体性强和支撑牢固可靠的特点。
