[目的]认识加强后勤服务工作档案管理的迫切性和重要性,结合当前服务过程中档案收集和归档等管理存在的不足,提出加强后勤服务工作档案管理的思路和做法,建立较科学全面的后勤服务基础档案,并辅以有效的管理手段。如土地、房产、基建(扫描图、证等)档案、办公设备档案、物质采购档案等,通过机读检索,方便使用和管理,大大提高工作效率。档案管理的电子化和信息化是实行现代档案管理的趋向,值得后勤管理人员探讨应用。
