校园网络的日益普及，对高校青年学生的学习方式、生活方式、交往方式产生巨大的冲击，由此形成的网络文化对青年学生的思维方式、价值观念、精神世界正以其神奇的力量加速改变着。因此进一步加强校园网络文化建设，给校园网络文化以准确定位、加强管理，才能使网络文化真正成为影响青年学生的主流文化和先进文化。
