本文评述了线性极化法和外推法在测定金属腐蚀速度方面存在的问题,提出了测定电化学极化控制体系的腐蚀速率的四点法和测定浓度极化控制体系的腐蚀速率的截距法。描述四点法和截距法的基本原理和应用步骤。应用四点法测定一种电化学极化控制体系的腐蚀速率:碳钢在2N盐酸溶液中。又应用截距法测定两种浓度极化控制体系的腐蚀速率:(1)碳钢在3%氯化钠溶液中,(2)铜-镍合金在50%硫酸溶液中。测定结果和失重数据比较,表明这两种方法皆能得到良好的结果。
In this paper, the problems of linear polarization and extrapolation in the determination of metal corrosion rate are reviewed. The four-point method for determining the corrosion rate of the electrochemical polarization control system and the intercept of the corrosion rate of the concentration polarization control system are proposed law. Describe the four-point method and intercept the basic principles and application steps. A four-point method was used to determine the corrosion rate of an electrochemical polarization control system: carbon steel in 2N hydrochloric acid solution. The intercept method is also used to determine the corrosion rate of two concentration polarization control systems: (1) carbon steel in 3% sodium chloride solution, and (2) copper-nickel alloy in 50% sulfuric acid solution. The comparison between the measured and the weight-loss data shows that both methods give good results.
