甘草酸是甘草中主要有效成分,由于甘草为临床常用中药,故近年来,文献对甘草酸含量测定方法报导较多,诸如重量法、薄层光密度法、纸层光密度法、气相层析法等。中国药典规定甘草酸含量测定方法为重量法。本文选用薄层光密度法、纸层光密度法和药典法测定了甘草中甘草酸的含量,测定的结果经方差分析和多重分析比较证明,药典法与薄层光密度法和纸层光密度法差异极显著,而后两者之间差异不显著,
