低丘红壤旱地花生秸秆室内腐熟技术研究

为了研究红壤旱地花生秸秆腐熟技术,以秸秆失重率为指标,通过单因素室内模拟腐熟考察了低丘红壤旱地花生秸秆室内腐熟条件。以秸秆失重率、颜色、C/N、纤维素酶活性为指标,以腐秆剂A和B为对象,探讨腐秆剂对秸秆腐熟的影响。结果表明:花生秸秆室内模拟腐熟所需水分、尿素、生石灰、腐秆剂与秸秆干重的比例分别为425:100、0.6:100、0.25:100、0.13:100。添加腐秆剂可以明显促进花生秸秆的腐解,与CK相比,腐熟30天后,添加腐秆剂的处理A、B的秸秆失重率分别提高20.1%、15.0%;秸秆C/N分别降低6.0%、5.1%;纤维素酶活性分别提高120.0%、95.5%。研究的结果还显示:秸秆失重率与纤维素酶活性以及秸秆的C/N都呈显著线性相关,纤维素酶活性随秸秆失重率增大而增大,C/N随秸秆失重率增大而减小。 In order to study the maturity of peanut straw in dryland of red soils, the indoor maturity condition of peanut straw in the red soil was studied by single-factor indoor simulation. With straw weight loss rate, color, C / N, cellulase activity as indicators, the effects of rotting agent on the maturity of straw were studied. The results showed that the ratios of moisture, urea, quicklime, rotting agent and straw dry weight of peanut straw to indoor simulated maturity were 425: 100,0.6: 100,0.25: 100,0.13: 100 respectively. Compared with CK, the straw weight loss rates of treatments A and B increased by 20.1% and 15.0%, respectively, compared with CK after 30 days composting; straw C / N decreased by 6.0 % And 5.1%, respectively. The cellulase activity increased by 120.0% and 95.5% respectively. The results also showed that the weight loss rate of straw was significantly and linearly correlated with the activity of cellulase and C / N of straw.
