目的评价酸性氧化电位水(EOW)浸泡消毒对藻酸盐印模表面细菌的杀灭效果。方法制作10mm×10mm×5mm大小无菌藻酸盐印模试件,分成4组,表面分别滴染金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢菌液,用EOW对染菌印模试件分别进行流动浸泡消毒处理,其后不同时间段进行取样、接种、培养并进行CFU计数,计算不同时间的杀灭对数值,设立阳性对照,评价消毒效果。结果 EOW浸泡消毒5min对藻酸盐印模表面的金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌达到有效消毒,浸泡消毒15min对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢达到有效消毒。结论 EOW浸泡是一种有效的印模消毒方法。
Objective To evaluate the bactericidal effect of acidic oxidizing potential water (EOW) immersion disinfection on alginate imprinted bacteria. Methods Sterile alginate impressions of 10 mm × 10 mm × 5 mm were made into 4 groups. The surfaces were stained with Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Candida albicans and Bacillus subtilis spores respectively. EOW The infected molds were immersed and disinfected respectively. Samples were taken at different time intervals, inoculated, cultured and counted by CFU. The killing logarithm was calculated at different times, and a positive control was set up to evaluate the disinfection effect. Results EOW immersion disinfection 5min on alginate imprint surface Staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, Candida albicans to achieve effective disinfection, disinfection soaking 15min subtilis Bacillus subtilis to achieve effective disinfection. Conclusion EOW soaking is an effective method of impression die-curing.
