卵巢癌(Ovarian Cancer)发病率较高,占妇科肿瘤发病之首,恶性程度较高,大多数发现于晚期,5年生存率仅为30%左右。而CA125是与上皮细胞型卵巢癌相伴随的表面抗原,检测血清中CA125对卵巢癌病人的手术治疗范围、术后复发及用药等问题均有指导意义。本文利用干扰素-α(interferon IFN)对体外人工培养的两株卵巢细胞系SKOV3及3AO表达CA125进行诱导调节,检测其浓度变化。旨在探讨IFN-α对卵巢癌可能的治疗作用。
