部分不适宜手术治疗及手术探查后不能切除,进食又有困难的食管癌和贲门癌病人,迄今在外科治疗上实属困难。为了解除这一部分病人的痛苦,我们在学习先进经验的基础上,开展了经口——腹部切口食管腔内置管手术。自1980年4月至1982年11月,共施行手术50例,经不断临床实践,对手术适应症,禁忌症,手术方法等进行探讨并作了较大的改进,全部病例经追踪随访、预期效果尚满意。现将有关资料报告如下: 一、一般资料: 本组50例中,男42例,女8例,年龄在33至80岁
Some patients with esophageal and cardia cancers who are not suitable for surgical treatment and surgical exploration and who have difficulty in eating are currently difficult to perform surgical treatment. In order to relieve the suffering of this group of patients, we conducted an oral-abdominal incision esophageal cavity built-in tube surgery on the basis of learning advanced experience. From April 1980 to November 1982, a total of 50 patients underwent surgery. After continuous clinical practice, surgical indications, contraindications, surgical methods, etc. were investigated and made major improvements. All cases were followed up and expected. The effect is still satisfactory. The relevant information is now reported as follows: I. General information: In this group of 50 cases, there are 42 males and 8 females, aged between 33 and 80.
