Work experience at the Don River beneficiation plant in Kamppiyel (West Kazakhstan) shows that the re-election method (HM separation and jigging) fully guarantees the smooth selection of chromite (Table 1). Research conducted by the Ural Mineral Research Institute at the Siberian steel mills and research by B.H. Sahin confirmed that the process can be extended to finer fractions. According to B.H.
