想要创建和谐校园,就必须加强高校保卫,而高校保卫的中枢环节,就是保卫干部队伍,然而,目前大部分的高校保卫干部部队工作观念滞后,只能片面简单的勉强维护校园安全。想要改变这一现状,必须加强高校保卫干部队伍的建设。本文首先对当前高校保卫干部队伍存在的问题进行了一系列分析,然后对解决这些问题提出来一些建议和意见。
In order to create a harmonious campus, it is imperative to strengthen the protection of colleges and universities. The key link in the defense of colleges and universities is to defend the contingent of cadres. However, at present most universities and colleges have lagged behind in their work to defend cadres and units and only can barely and simply maintain campus security. If we want to change this situation, we must strengthen the building of contingent-safe cadres in colleges and universities. This article first makes a series of analyzes on the existing problems of the contingent of defense cadres in colleges and universities, and then puts forward some suggestions and opinions on solving these problems.
