14例放置 ML Cu 250宫内节育器的正常育龄妇女,分别在置器前和置器后1年,于月经周期的第7、8天或9天(滤泡期),13、14、15天(排卵期),21、22或23天(黄体期),共抽血7次。采用放射免疫方法测定血清中促黄体生成激素(LH)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E_2)、孕酮(P)和皮质激素(C)6种生殖激素浓度。结果表明14例妇女置器后1年血清6种激素含量与置器前自身比较均无显著性差异。放置ML Cu 250 1年对下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴无影响
Fourteen women of childbearing age who had ML Cu 250 intrauterine device were placed in front of the device and 1 year after device placement respectively on the 7th, 8th or 9th day of the menstrual cycle (follicular phase), 13,14,15 Day (ovulation), 21, 22 or 23 days (luteal phase), a total of seven blood draws.
