贲门部癌经腹抑或经胸手术切除主张不一，手术切除范围也争论较多。近几年来随着吻合器的采用，逐步开展了经腹行贲门癌切除，减少了术后并发症的发生，体会到有一定的优越性。现将我科1990年1月～1996年6月经腹行老年患者贲门癌切除62例报告如下。一、临床资料本组选择的病例
