近年来,各级纪检监察、审计、司法等机关先后查处了一批财经违纪违法案件,收到了较好的效果。然而案件的查处工作依然存在许多不足,本文剖析了查处财经违纪违法案件所存在的问题,提出从组织领导,办案环节,突破方法,责任处理,办案纪律等方面完善财经违纪违法案件查处工作。
In recent years, organs of discipline inspection and supervision, auditing and judiciary at all levels have investigated and dealt with a number of cases of financial discipline violation and received good results. However, there are still many deficiencies in the investigation and handling of cases. This article analyzes the problems in the investigation of cases of financial discipline violation, and proposes to improve the investigation and handling of cases of financial discipline violation from the aspects of organizational leadership, handling cases, breakthrough methods, responsibility handling and case handling discipline.
