采用高效液相色谱法测定银屑灵胶囊中依曲替酯的含量，色谱条件：Ｃ１８柱；流动相为甲醇０４％冰乙酸（９０∶１０）；流速２０ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ；检测波长２８０ｎｍ。本法平均回收率１００１４％，ＲＳＤ０３３％（ｎ＝５）。
The HPLC method was used to determine the content of vinorelbine in Yinqianling capsules. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: C18 column; the mobile phase was methanol 0.4% glacial acetic acid (90:10); the flow rate was 2.0 ml / min; Wavelength 280nm.
