目的:调查临床护理教学缺失的现状及原因,了解护士在临床带教中教学措施落实情况和影响因素,以便管理者采取针对性的措施,保障临床护理教学质量。方法:采取调查问卷的方式,对广东省116家医院护士便利抽样的方法,用spss13.0统计软件进行数据录入和数据分析。结论:普遍护士在护理科研带教中存在不足,而出现护理教学缺失的影响因素上,护士认为最主要因素是师资不足和工作太忙。“,”Objective: To understand the lack of clinical nursing teaching status, and reasons for understanding clinical teaching in nursing education in the implementation and impact factor measures for managers to take specific measures to protect the quality of clinical care and teaching. Methods: A questionnaire approach, Guangdong Province and 116 nurses in hospitals to facilitate sampling, with spss13.0 statistical software for data entry and final data analysis of the major findings: general nurses in nursing research and teaching for the deficiencies. Conclusion: The study shows that nurses in nursing research with general education deficiencies exist, but there lack of care and education factors, the most important is the quality of nurses that insufficient and too busy.
