根据绕线机的控制要求和绕线工艺,设计了以PLC为主控制器,两台步进电机为执行机构的绕线机控制系统。两台步进电机分别控制线圈骨架旋转和排线机构移动,二者协调工作,运行平稳、控制准确。同时利用触摸屏设定工艺参数和显示运行状态,人机界面友好。实践证明,上述控制系统具有操作简单、排线精度高、运行可靠的特点。
According to the winding machine control requirements and winding process, designed a PLC-based controller, two stepper motor for the implementing agencies of the winding machine control system. The two stepper motors control the rotation of the bobbin and the movement of the cable laying mechanism, respectively. The two work in coordination and operate smoothly with accurate control. At the same time using the touch screen to set process parameters and display operating conditions, man-machine interface is friendly. Practice has proved that the control system has the advantages of simple operation, high-precision cable, reliable operation.
