本文研究了铜-7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸(7-I-H_2QS)络合物的极谱行为,提出在pH 8~10的7-I-H_2QS(4×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1))-en(0.12%)-KSCN(0.8g·L~(-1)Na_3C_6H_5O_7(8g·L~(-1))-Na_2SO_3(3g·L~(-1)体系中,可得到一灵敏的铜-7-I-H_2QS络合波。经金属锡样品分析,结果令人满意。 1 试验部分1.1 仪器与主要试剂 IP-2型示波极谱仪;三电极;二阶导数亚硫酸钠(Na_2SO_3);50g·L~(-1) 柠檬酸三钠(Na_3C_6H_5O_7):20Og·L~(-1) 混合底液:称取0.35lg 7-I-H_2QS溶于水3OOml中,加入无水乙二胺(en)3ml·KSCN 2g,溶解并稀释至500ml。铜标准溶液:1.000mg·ml~(-1),HNO_3(2+98)介质,使用时稀释至合适浓度。
