本文研究了铀、铁、钍及稀土在异烷基膦酸二丁酯煤油溶液和盐酸溶液中的分配,以及钍、稀土在异烷基膦酸二丁酯煤油溶液和盐酸-硝酸溶液中的分配;同时研究了负载有机相的洗涤和反萃取。据此,提出了用异烷基膦酸二丁酯煤油溶液萃取分离铀、铁、钍及稀土,直接制取硝酸钍和氯化稀土的工艺流程,并确定了主要工艺参数。
In this paper, the distribution of uranium, iron, thorium and rare earths in the solution of dibutyl iso-alkylphosphonic acid kerosene and hydrochloric acid was studied, as well as the distribution of thorium and rare earths in the solution of dibutyl iso-alkylphosphonate kerosene and hydrochloric acid-nitric acid Distribution; at the same time studied the load of the organic phase of the washing and stripping. Based on this, the technological process of extraction and separation of uranium, iron, thorium and rare earth from the solution of dibutylisobutylate kerosene and direct preparation of thorium nitrate and rare earth chloride is proposed and the main process parameters are determined.
