应用户要求,我们对湖南产出的含WO_345%左右,含Sn、Cu的钨中矿进行了实验室试验研究。目的在于向以钨中矿生产仲钨酸铵的生产线提供流程与必要的设计数据。 所用矿物原料的化学组成如表1所示,实验流程如图1所示。 实验主要包括碱分解、浓缩结晶、离子交换及蒸发结晶等主要工序;在废水处理,探索新的除杂方面,也做了一些工作。本总结主要包括碱分解,离子交换和废水处理等部分,现分述如下。
At the request of our customers, we conducted laboratory tests on the tungsten ore mines containing about 45% WO3 and containing Sn and Cu from Hunan. The aim is to provide the process and the necessary design data for the production of ammonium paratungstate from tungsten ores. The chemical composition of the mineral raw materials used in Table 1, the experimental process shown in Figure 1. The experiment mainly includes the major steps of alkali decomposition, concentration crystallization, ion exchange and evaporation crystallization. Some work has also been done in wastewater treatment and exploration of new impurity removal. This summary mainly includes alkali decomposition, ion exchange and wastewater treatment and other parts are as follows.
