对16Mn钢进行固体粉末渗锌处理,采用金相显微镜观察渗层组织、显微硬度仪测定其硬度,并通过扫描电镜能谱仪观察其成分组成。结果表明,扩渗温度450℃,保温4h,获得大约79μm渗层,温度选择与超过锌的液相熔点有关。渗锌层硬度明显高于基体组织。
The solidified powder was infiltrated into 16Mn steel. The microstructure of the layer was observed by optical microscopy. The hardness was measured by microhardness tester. The composition of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy (EDS). The results show that the infiltration temperature is 450 ℃ and the temperature is kept for 4h to obtain about 79μm diffusion layer. The temperature selection is related to the liquid phase melting point exceeding that of zinc. Zinc infiltration layer hardness was significantly higher than the matrix organization.
