目的 :研究大鼠、家兔和人头半棘肌的肌纤维型分布。方法 :应用肌球蛋白腺苷三磷酸酶 ( ATP酶 )和琥珀酸脱氢酶染色法 ,观察比较各型肌纤维的组织化学特征。结果 :( 1) ATP酶染色 ,大鼠、家兔、正常人颈后部肌肉肌纤维可分为 I型和 II型纤维 ,呈多边形或椭圆形 ,分别约占 60 %和 4 0 %。 ( 2 )琥珀酸脱氢酶染色 ,肌纤维呈蓝色 ,交错排列 ,可分为深染、中染和浅染三型 ,分别约占 2 5%、2 5%和 50 % ,种系间无显著性差异。ATP酶活性反应肌纤维的收缩特性 ,而琥珀酸脱氢酶活性反应肌纤维的代谢特征 ,两种分型方法不一致
OBJECTIVE: To study the muscle fiber distribution in the semilateralis of rats, rabbits and human head. Methods: Myosin ATPase and succinate dehydrogenase staining were used to observe the histochemical characteristics of various muscle fibers. Results: (1) ATPase staining, muscle fibers of rats, rabbits and normal people at the back of the neck can be divided into type I and type II fibers, polygonal or oval, accounting for about 60% and 40% respectively. (2) Succinate dehydrogenase staining, muscle fibers were blue, staggered, can be divided into three types of deep dyeing, medium dyeing and light dyeing, accounting for about 25%, 25% and 50%, respectively, Significant difference. ATPase activity reflects the contractile properties of muscle fibers, and succinate dehydrogenase activity reflects the metabolic characteristics of muscle fibers, the two types of typing methods are inconsistent
