采用检查表法和定性、定量分析法综合评价某车床铸造建设项目职业病危害控制效果。粉尘、化学毒物和噪声、高温、振动是车床铸造生产的主要职业病危害因素。检测结果表明,13个接尘工种中3个工种作业环境中粉尘浓度超过国家职业接触限值,粉尘CTWA0.3~11.8 mg/m3;苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醛、一氧化碳浓度均低于国家职业接触限值;17个接触噪声的工种中有4个工种工人接触8 h等效声级超过职业接触限值的规定;接触高温工种作业工人WBGT指数均低于职业接触限值;接触手传振动的4 h等能量频率计权振动加速度[a_(hw(4))]符合职业接触限值的规定。该项目职业病危害控制措施基本可行、有效,但需加强对粉尘及噪声的职业病危害控制措施。
