近年来,随着对各层间具有不同性能的复合铸件的需要量的增加,发展了各种各样的生产复合铸件的方法。离心铸造在生产圆柱形或套筒状复合铸件方面得到广泛采用。 以复合铸造轧辊为例,它的辊身外层通常是由高硬度的耐磨材料制成,而辊身心部和辊颈则为高强韧性的铸铁或铸钢。这样的复合轧辊在轧制时既有高的使用寿命,又不会折断。因而某些机架上已经完全取代了整体浇注的单一成份的轧辊。
In recent years, with the increasing demand for composite castings having different properties among the various layers, various methods for producing composite castings have been developed. Centrifugal casting is widely used in the production of cylindrical or sleeve-shaped composite castings. Take composite casting rolls as an example. Its outer roll body is usually made of high-hardness wear-resistant material, while the roll core and roll neck are made of high strength and toughness cast iron or cast steel. This composite roll in the rolling of both high life, but also will not break. As a result, some of the racks have completely replaced the one-component rolls that are cast in one piece.
