研究了在TritonX—100存在下,新星色剂苯并噻吐重氮氨基偶氮苯(BTDAB)与铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应,结果表明,在 pH10.5~ 11.7碱性介质中,铜(Ⅱ)与试剂形成1:2的橙红色络合物,其最大吸收波长为 530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.47 X 10~5,铜(Ⅱ)量在0~14μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.用于铝合金中铜含量的测定,结果令人满意.
The color reaction of benzotriazole diazoaminoazobenzene (BTDAB) with copper (Ⅱ) in the presence of TritonX-100 was studied. The results showed that at pH 10.5 ~ 11.7, , Copper (Ⅱ) forms a 1: 2 orange-red complex with the reagent, its maximum absorption wavelength is 530nm, apparent molar absorptivity ε = 1.47 × 10-5, copper (Ⅱ) Beer’s law is within the 25mL range. For the determination of copper content in aluminum alloy, the results are satisfactory.
