这次稽核工作会议的主要任务是,认真贯彻年初全国分行行长会议精神,总结去年工作,分析形势,明确任务,安排部署今年稽核工作,研究进一步加强稽核工作的措施。下面,我讲几点意见。一、2002年稽核工作成效显著2002年,在各级行党委的正确领导和各有关部门的支持配合下,全行稽核干部紧紧围绕中心工作,认真履行职责,较好地完成了全年工作任务,对提高经营管理水平和实现收购资金封闭管理目标起到了重要的促进作用。
