近年来,随着干部人事制度改革的整体推进,干部群众对干部选拔任用工作的关注程度和参与程度明显提高。但在扩大民主的进程中,也存在一些民主质量不高的问题,一定程度上影响了干部选拔任用的公信力和准确度。提高干部选拔任用工作民主的质量,要正确处理好党管干部与扩大民主、依靠群众与引导群众、尊重民意与实事求是、于法周延与于事简便、扩大民主与健全配套制度等方面的关系,用进一步改革的办法解决改革中出现的问题,在增强干部工作民主的科学性和真实性上下功夫。
