我国对汽轮机振动的诊断技术和理论的相关研究已经不断深入,因为汽轮机具有十分复杂的结构和系统,是电厂的重要设备,对运行环境具有特殊的需求,很容易产生故障,在故障产生的时候,会对生命财产安全造成很大的损害。因此,对汽轮机进行诊断是十分重要的技术,针对相关的信息和数据对故障进行定性,对事故产生的机理和原因进行判断,最终确定处理的措施并确定解决方案,在对现场设备进行管理的过程中,很容易产生机组的振动太大,进而导致零件、部件磨损的现象,本文针对汽轮机的诊断、危害和解决方式进行了论述。
The research on the diagnosis technology and theory of steam turbine vibration has been deepened in our country. Because steam turbine has very complicated structure and system, it is an important equipment in power plant. It has special requirements for operating environment and is easy to cause fault. When fault occurs , Will cause great damage to the life and property safety. Therefore, the diagnosis of steam turbines is a very important technology. According to the relevant information and data, the fault is characterized, the mechanism and cause of the accident are judged, and finally the measures to be dealt with and the solution are determined. In the field of equipment management During the process, it is easy to cause the vibration of the unit to be too large, leading to the wear of the parts and components. This paper discusses the diagnosis, harm and solution of the steam turbine.
