Experimental studies in humans and animals have shown that there is a decrease in peripheral blood flow during diabetic neuropathy. Physical activity can increase the flow of distal limbs, so that the peroneal nerve conduction speed. This article studies the effects of exercise on the peroneal nerve sensory transduction velocity (SSCV) in diabetic patients. Materials and Methods Subjects were divided into three groups, the first group of 15 patients with diabetic neuropathy, the second group of 12 patients without neuropathy in diabetic patients, the third group of 16 matched by age-matched controls . Neuropathy staging was performed according to Dyck’s score. According to the predicted target heart rate of 80% on the treadmill at least 3min, before and after exercise measured SSCV. In addition to the first group of 6 patients were randomly selected at the same time according to age, gender and duration of diabetes in order to 2,3 components
