一 1986年以来,卷烟市场发生了较大变化,主要表现有“三多”:一是名优烟上市量增多,二是个体经营卷烟户增多,三是价格层次增多。对此“三多”现象,各界看法不一。消费者反映,这比过去有价无市,常年托关系,找人情买烟,总算是省事方便得多。作为肩负主渠道之责的供销社、国营商店则有苦难言:既无法将名优烟搬上柜台,又无力经销低次烟,
First, since 1986, the cigarette market has undergone major changes. The main performances are “more than three”: First, there is an increase in the listing of premium cigarettes; second, the number of self-employed cigarette customers has increased; and third, the price level has increased. For this phenomenon of “more than three,” the views of different sectors are different. Consumers reflect that this is more market-friendly than the past. There is a long-term relationship between them. To find people to buy cigarettes, it is easier and more convenient. The supply and marketing cooperatives and state-owned stores that shoulder the main channel’s responsibilities are suffering: they are unable to move famous cigarettes to the counters, and they are unable to distribute low-level cigarettes.
