目的分析急性髓系白血病(AML)染色体核型与化疗疗效。方法 98例急性髓系白血病患者,将65例非M_3患者设为非M_3组,并根据MRC标准将其预后分为优良组20例、中等组25例、差组20例;将33例M_3患者设为M_3组,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,其染色体核型用G显像常规技术进行分析,并分析患者化疗效果。结果第1个疗程结束后,M_3组患者总缓解率明显高于非M_3组(P<0.05);采用TA方案治疗中,优良组患者及中等组患者总缓解率高于差组(P<0.05);采用CAG方案治疗,中等组患者总缓解率明显高于优良组及差组(P<0.05)。结论积极分析急性髓系白血病患者的染色体核型,能够为化疗方案的确定及预后评估提供重要资料。
Objective To analyze the chromosomal karyotype of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and the effect of chemotherapy. Methods A total of 98 patients with acute myeloid leukemia were enrolled, and 65 non-M_3 patients were enrolled as non-M_3 group. According to MRC criteria, their prognosis was divided into 20 cases of excellent group, 25 cases of moderate group and 20 cases of poor group. 33 cases of M_3 patients Set M_3 group, its clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, the chromosome karyotype using G imaging conventional techniques for analysis and analysis of patients with chemotherapy. Results After the first course of treatment, the total remission rate of patients in M_3 group was significantly higher than that in non-M_3 group (P <0.05). The total remission rate of patients in moderate and advanced group and those in moderate group was higher than that in poor group (P <0.05) ). With CAG regimen, the overall remission rate was significantly higher in the moderate group than in the good group and the poor group (P <0.05). Conclusions A positive analysis of chromosome karyotypes in patients with acute myeloid leukemia can provide important information for the determination of chemotherapy regimen and prognosis.
