高职大学生就业困难的主要原因,是不断攀升的高校毕业生数量和相对减少的就业岗位之间存在供需矛盾,以及高校扩招、宏观经济形势的影响。高职大学生普遍自身定位失衡、就业期望值偏高而整体综合素质较低、择业就业观过于单一、缺乏创业能力也是造成高职大学生就业困难的重要原因。高职院校应采取转变人才培养结构,调整学科建设模式并及时开展有针对性的全程化就业指导课程等应对措施,以期对高职大学生成功就业起到关键性的作用。
The main reason for the employment difficulties of vocational college students is the contradiction between supply and demand of the rising number of college graduates and the relative reduction in employment as well as the impact of college enrollment and macroeconomic situation. Higher vocational college students are generally their own positioning imbalance, high expectations of employment and the overall overall quality is low, employment concept is too single, lack of entrepreneurial ability is also an important reason for employment difficulties of vocational college students. Higher vocational colleges should take measures to change the personnel training structure, adjust the disciplinary construction mode and timely carry out targeted full-time employment guidance courses in order to play a key role in the successful employment of higher vocational college students.
