本文介绍一种由微机控制红外辐射加热和氩气喷射淬火的新型内耗测量装置(如图1所示)。由于加热冷却系统热惯性小,变温速率快,该装置可以进行常规内耗仪所不能实现的复杂热处理操作。整个实验过程达到了高度的自动化。这一内耗测量装置可以作为研究合金中温转变的有力工具。
This article describes a computer-controlled infrared radiation heating and argon jet quenching of a new type of internal measurement device (Figure 1). Due to the small thermal inertia of the heating and cooling system and fast temperature change rate, the device can perform complicated heat treatment operations that can not be achieved by conventional internal friction instruments. The entire experiment reached a high degree of automation. This internal friction measuring device can be used as a powerful tool for studying the mid-temperature transformation of alloys.
