基于剖析行业发展现状和梳理全球价值链治理文献,指出当前阻碍中国电子通讯制造企业向全球价值链高端升级并实施主导性治理的主要因素;从物流及品牌能力、研发能力两个视角有针对性地提出中国企业进行全球价值链治理的升级路线。研究发现,两条升级路线都能克服多重治理障碍,通达自有品牌制造的高端领域,实现中国企业的全球价值链高端治理。最后,根据升级路线选择而给出治理对策建议。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of the industry and combing the literature on global value chain governance, the article points out the main factors that hinder China’s electronic communications manufacturing enterprises from escalating to the high end of the global value chain and implementing dominant governance. From the viewpoints of logistics and brand capabilities and R & D capabilities, Put forward the Chinese enterprises to upgrade the global value chain governance. The study found that both upgrades could overcome multiple barriers to governance and reach high-end areas of private label manufacturing, enabling high-end Chinese GVC governance. Finally, according to the upgrade route selection and gives the management countermeasures.
