本实验用CS─930薄层扫描仪，单波长锯齿扫描，以人参二醇为对照品，对照测定了引种绞股蓝中人参二醇的含量。方法简便，结果准确，可作为评价绞股蓝质量及资源开发利用提供参考依据。
In this experiment, CS-930 thin-layer scanner, single-wavelength zigzag scanning, and panaxadiol as reference substance were used to determine the content of panaxadiol introduced in Gynostemma pentaphyllum. The method is simple and accurate. It can be used as a reference for evaluating the quality of Gynostemma pentaphyllum and its resource development and utilization.
