Framingham study suggests that in the United States coronary artery disease and blood lipids are closely related. However, in Japan, the incidence of coronary heart disease is low. This article reports the coronary artery disease confirmed by coronary angiography in 120 cases of Japanese men with coronary artery disease, the severity of its lipid and coronary artery disease were evaluated in order to test coronary artery disease and whether there is a close relationship between blood lipids.
