管理的种类繁多,但总的意思很简单,就是负责某项工作,使之顺利进行。所谓负责,就是担负责任,尽到应尽的责任。你负起了责任,那么你所承担的工作就会顺利进行。一个人参加工作——现在叫上岗,你在岗上就应负责,这就是责任,即负责完成份内应做的事。设定一个岗位,就要同时确定这个岗位的责任。这种确定决不能由几个人研究确定,而是要通过某种制度来确定,也就是说,管理工作最基本的一条就是对人的责任管理。没有搞好这个基本管理,其他一切管理工作
