目的:了解天津市和平区3~6岁集体园所儿童血脂水平,早期发现血脂异常,探讨对儿童成人期疾病的综合防治措施。方法:对在2011年3~5月参加和平区集体园所定期体检的3~6岁儿童进行手指末梢微量取血,使用全自动生化分析仪血液进行胆固醇、甘油三酯检测。结果:检测血脂的2 492名儿童中,单纯甘油三酯异常率为11.8%,单纯胆固醇异常率为2.5%。不同年龄组甘油三酯异常率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),甘油三酯与体质指数之间有线性回归关系。结论:对儿童进行微量末梢血检测血脂可以发现儿童的血脂异常情况,且创伤小,家长及儿童的依从性高。对发现异常的儿童应建立专案,跟踪管理,从饮食、运动入手,督促家长帮助儿童切实建立良好的生活方式,将有利于降低儿童期血脂出现异常的情况,对规避成人期慢性病有一定的作用。
Objective: To understand the blood lipid level of children aged 3-6 in Heping District of Tianjin, early detection of dyslipidemia, and to explore the comprehensive prevention and treatment of childhood diseases. Methods: The peripheral blood of 3- to 6-year-old children who took part in the regular physical examination in the Heping District Collective Park from March to May 2011 were taken blood and the blood was taken for cholesterol and triglyceride testing by automatic biochemical analyzer. Results: Among 2 492 children who tested for blood lipids, the abnormal rate of simple triglyceride was 11.8% and the rate of pure cholesterol was 2.5%. There were significant differences in triglyceride abnormalities among different age groups (P <0.01). There was a linear regression relationship between triglyceride and body mass index. Conclusion: Micro-peripheral blood test for children with blood lipids can be found in children with dyslipidemia, and trauma, parents and children with high compliance. For children with abnormalities, special cases should be set up, follow-up management, starting with diet and exercise, urging parents to help children effectively establish a good life style, which will help to reduce abnormal blood lipid in children and to avoid chronic diseases in adulthood .
