作者用微波照射大鼠睾丸后,以硝酸镧作示踪剂,于照后1天、7天、14天和70天,用电镜观察20只大鼠血睾屏障的变化。结果发现,血屏睾障的结构和对硝酸镧的通透性均未见异常。
After irradiation of rat testis with microwave, the changes of blood testis barrier of 20 rats were observed by electron microscope with lanthanum nitrate as tracer, 1 day, 7 days, 14 days and 70 days after irradiation. The results showed that the structure of blood testis and the permeability of lanthanum nitrate were not abnormal.
